Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PixieFits iOS application (“App”). By downloading or using PixieFits, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) .

1. Subscription: PixieFits Premium

PixieFits offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called “PixieFits Premium”. Details such as the exact price and regional availability are displayed clearly on the subscription screen within the App.

• Title: PixieFits Premium
• Type: Auto-renewable subscription
• Length: Displayed in the App (for example, monthly or yearly)
• Price: The subscription price and, where appropriate, the price per unit (e.g., per month) are shown on the purchase confirmation screen in your local currency.

2. Auto-Renewal & Billing

• Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the subscription price displayed in the App at the time of purchase, unless clearly indicated otherwise.

3. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your PixieFits Premium subscription at any time after purchase by going to:

• Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or
• the App Store account settings on your device.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time in the current subscription period.

4. Free Trials (If Offered)

From time to time, PixieFits may offer a free trial for PixieFits Premium. If you subscribe during a free trial period, your Apple ID account will be charged for the subscription at the end of the trial, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends.

5. Use of the App

• You may use PixieFits for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or resell the App.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. User-Generated Content

PixieFits allows you to upload outfits, photos, and comments. You are responsible for the content you upload. We may remove content that is inappropriate, abusive, or violates these Terms.

7. Photo & Data Usage

Photos uploaded for body analysis, outfit styling, and label scanning (OCR) are used only to provide you with in-app features such as fit analysis, style recommendations, and measurement extraction. These photos are not used for advertising, not sold to third parties, and not shared outside PixieFits.

8. Disclaimer

PixieFits provides style and fit recommendations as guidance only. We do not guarantee that every recommendation will fit perfectly in all cases. Actual fit may vary by brand, fabric, and garment construction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated within the App or on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
